Santiago Carbone
Argentine musician dedicated to a career in piano, guitar and arrangements. He loves live music, and also shares an unwavering passion for teaching and education. He travels through Argentina and several European countries playing the music of his land: TANGO.
He grew up in Mar de la Plata, near the province of Buenos Aires, where he was born listening to Tangos, thanks to the musical legacy left by the city's maestro Astor Piazzolla.
Academic and pedagogue in Musical Education. A very rich education that allowed him to acquire the teaching methodologies of Kodály, Willems, Delalande; as well as the historical-cultural knowledge of Tango and Argentine Folklore through the teachings of Juan Carlos Cuacci, Luis Reales, Marcelo Franco, Cachito Rodríguez and the Ábalos family.
In addition to being a soloist, he is an accompanist for Guillermo Fernandez, Celeste Carballo, Luis Reales, Ricardo "Chiqui" Pereyra, Anastasía Romanova, Gabriela Giardino, Paula Reser, Karina Levine, among others.
I participate in great tributes, such as to Mariano Mores and Astor Piazzolla.
Currently offering concerts and workshops on Tango and its variants. Likewise, he immersed himself in other Latin American and world music, spanning multiple genres.
